Index futures were trading close to unchanged in the wee hours after being down moderately after Tuesday’s close. This suggests DaBoyz are working hard to distribute stocks ahead of the opening bell. If the E-Mini S&Ps are up between one and five points at that time, trading around 1900.00, we should infer that their best efforts have “sevened-out” on thin volume. Short-covering is the only buying power that exists right now, but look out below if bears seem less than eager to buy ’em back.

Can someone with skills in International Trade and Finance please help me out with this math problem?
I have in my hand a junk mail flyer for a Kia dealer in Pomona.
They are selling the 2016 Kia Soul model for $12,990 after all the sales incentives.
On the same flyer, they are selling a used 2014 Kia Soul for $14,995!
So the brand new Kia Soul is being offered for $2005 less than a used 2014 Kia Soul?
Some of this may be due to options on the used one, but still………………..
Strong Dollar at work making less equal more for the Korean manufacturer?
Or, is it “We’ll do it for nothing, we need the business!”
