For Gold Bugs
For edition of December 21, 2006
Some readers have asked why my essays and price forecasts no longer appear at 321Gold. Regrettably, this situation appears permanent, and so, too, the loss of a one-time friend, Bob Moriarty, the site’s founder. The good news is that I am launching a chat room at rival site GoldSeek that is aimed at providing accurate, unemotional forecasts, some of them in real time, for gold, silver and precious metal shares. I emphasize the word unemotional, since this is a quality that seems sadly lacking in the bullion world.
Those who access my chart-based predictions regularly at Rick’s Picks will attest to their detached objectivity, as well to their unusual degree of accuracy. My subscribers could also tell you that I am no cheerleader for gold, and that this has helped keep my forecasts for bullion free of any significant errors in more than two years. I enthusiastically invite challenge to this statement and will open my doors to any skeptic who would seek to disprove it. Indeed, you will find not only that my predictions of major swing points in bullion, as well as in bonds, crude oil, base metals and currencies, have been generally correct, but that quite a few have been accurate to within mere ticks or pennies.
Join Us Tomorrow
GoldSeek founder Peter Spina has arranged for the inaugural chat-room session to be held tomorrow (Friday) at noon EST. During the first half of the planned hour-long session I will answer questions about stocks, indexes and commodities that you have e-mailed me in advance. You can do so by clicking here or by pointing your browser to the following URL: http://www.goldseek.com/chat.php. To actually enter the chat room for the real-time Q&A that will follow, you should pre-register by clicking here or by pointing your browser to this URL: http://www.goldseek.com/chat/.
Readers might also be interested to know that my daily essays on a wide variety of topics will continue to be available at GoldSeek and other sites frequented by traders and investors. With respect to one singularly important topic in particular – deflation – I aim to provide, as always, some of the most provocative and illuminating commentary on the web. It is a must-read for anyone concerned about what the economy will look like when the party ends, presumably after the 13045 target I’ve given for the Dow Industrial Average is achieved.

London Seminar Firming
A Hidden Pivot seminar in London appears likely, judging from the strong response I’ve received in just the last few days. If you’d be interested in attending a two-day class there, probably sometime in the spring of 2007, please let me know via e-mail, including your contact information. The cost would be $1,500 USD.
