Occasionally, other members may intentionally or unintentionally cross the line of propriety. Although we do our best to moderate the chat, we also rely upon our members to report such incidents.
If you feel you have witnessed inappropriate comments or links posted in the chat room, please tell us the nickname of the user and the date and time of the post(s). We promise to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
As a general guideline, the following are considered inapropriate in our chat room:
- Making statements that are sexually explicit or grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity.
- Indulging in abusive, defamatory or harassing behavior, insults, personal attacks or threats of harm to other members.
- Promoting or providing information about illegal activities, such as insider trading or copyright violations.
- Impersonating someone else or misrepresenting yourself.
- Posting links to sites designed to infect visiting users with viruses.
- Posting advertising or other commercial solicitations.
