If you have questions about billing, your account, website access or function, please submit a help request. Please do not email Rick about such matters.
To create a ticket, click the SUPPORT menu item, select HELP DESK from the dropdown and then enter a support ticket. This will bring your question to our attention. If you don’t enter a support ticket, we will not know that you have a problem. Tickets submitted on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern will receive the quickest response, but it could take a little longer after you query us at night or on weekends.
Please note that if you have been with Rick’s Picks since before September 1, 2016 and cancel your subscription, you will lose your grandfathered status and pay the current price for a renewal.
- To cancel your subscription, go to your Account Dashboard and click the ‘cancel’ link beside the subscription name.
(Please note: If your subscription is recurring and billed through PayPal, you must cancel via PayPal, since they will continue to bill you otherwise. To do this, simply follow the Paypal prompts after clicking the ‘cancel’ link.)
Please do not email Rick with questions about billing, subscriptions or web-site support. He is available to answer your trading questions in the chat room, during weekly tutorial sessions, and during frequent Q&A sessions held online.
