How to get help.
Please note: do not ask Rick trading questions, or billing questions, or account questions using the [email protected]. That email is for Rick’s Picks mailing use and is not monitered.
1. If you have a question on trading, trading Q&A, or trading definitions, please click the link below to go to that Help Desk. Rick’s Picks Help Desk
2. If you have subscription, billing, account questions, or need technical support on a problem you are having with the site, click the link below to enter a Help ticket for help on these issues:
Click the “Support” menu item and click “Help Desk” from the dropdown menu. Then enter a support ticket. That is how we know you have a question. You need to enter a support ticket here for us to help resolve your problem. Failure to enter a ticket means we don’t know you have a problem. We can’t help you if we don’t know about the problem. Support problems are handled Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time. All other days or hours, support is not guaranteed.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription and you no longer have an active subscription, you will lose your Grandfathered status if you were an active customer prior to September 1, 2016 and will revert to the new subscription payment structure.
3. If you want to cancel your subscription, please go into your Account Dashboard and click the “cancel” link beside the subscription name. If your subscription is a PayPal recurring subscription ( not a credit card), remember that you must cancel with PayPal as they control the recurring payment process and the billing will continue until you cancel with them. follow the prompts to cancel with PayPal when you click the “cancel” link.
Please do not email Rick with your tech support/subscription or billing questions. He does not handle those questions. For trading questions, ask Rick in the Chat Room or in the webinars.
