1. Do you have a question about our products or need technical support? Please click the link below to go to our Help Desk. There you can view Questions and Answers about Rick’s Picks, our Products and get technical and product support. You can enter a tech support ticket at the Help Desk (Do not use the Log in – No need to login to use the Help Desk)
2. If you want to cancel your subscription, please go into your Account Dashboard and click the “cancel” link beside the subscription name. If your subscription is a PayPal recurring subscription ( not a credit card), remember that you must cancel with PayPal as they control the recurring payment process and the billing will continue until you cancel with them. follow the prompts to cancel with PayPal when you click the “cancel” link.
3. If you have subscription, billing, or account questions, click the link below to enter a Help ticket for a subscriptions, billing, and Account questions issue ONLY:
Click the “Support” menu item and click “Help Desk” from the dropdown menu. Then enter a support ticket. That is how we know you have a question. Failure to enter a ticket means we don’t know you have a problem.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription and you no longer have an active subscription, you will lose your Grandfathered status if you were an active customer prior to September 1, 2016 and will revert to the new subscription payment structure.
