A Different View of What Brexit Means

Pundits, pols, investors and pollsters got it very wrong on Brexit, trusting the oddsmakers at Ladbrokes to handicap the outcome. Now let’s see how well these geniuses do ferreting out evidence in the months and years ahead that Britain’s exit from the EU has had much of an impact on the economic world, where it matters. Obama, ever the unregenerate jerk, threatened to move Britain to the back of the queue on trade deals with the U.S.  Yeah, sure, Mr. President: Whip them, kick them, beat them, lock out their luxury cars and pharmaceutical products with a vindictive stroke of your pen. In the meantime, we await a sign, any sign, that Brexit has been the disaster that virtually every scare-mongering newspaper in the world proclaimed it to be over the weekend. Until tangible evidence of this surfaces — and I very strongly doubt that it will — don’t expect Brexit fallout to hold down the world’s stock markets as they continue to gorge themselves on easy money from the central banks.

The most interesting thing about the Brexit vote is that it has significantly shortened the odds of a Trump victory in November. That’s assuming he’s nominated, of course, and despite the fact that he is the hands-down worst gamble that an increasingly desperate American electorate has taken since they lifted Obama from well-earned obscurity in 2008. It could not be clearer, however, that Trump and Brexit are perfectly interchangeable for purposes of measuring the growing rage of voters everywhere. The pundits, pollsters, EU bureaucrats, pols and news media-hacks who blew the call on Brexit will malign Trump relentlessly in the months ahead, and they will tell us with the usual pseudo-scientific certitude that Hillary is going to win (assuming she’s not indicted first). But they will be as wrong about that as they were about Brexit — about pretty much everything that the rabble they would presume to instruct hold dear these days.

Well over six months ago, courtesy of the Trump phenomenon getting my attention for the first time in over a decade, I started following both sides of all western geopolitical news. I have since spent several hours per day keeping myself abreast.

    I wish I had not.

I am an intelligent observer who having authored a book on China is very aware of the importance of being objective, reasonable and accurate in what you say, lest you be made a fool of. With that said, I can easily conclude the primary problem IS split into two parts, which I wishes were not true.

    1. It is absolutely true that there is an elite left cabal who has to now, fairly successfully taken over and wants to create a borderless new world order. Sounds conspiratorial, but in fact, its just plainly true to observe, sans conspiracy.

    2. The media hacks are complicit in this agenda. This is the most frightening part. The degree to which they report ANYTHING against the mainstream grain, it is met with vehement, broad negativity, ie. Trump and Brexit. I could go on and on about how easily this can be demonstrated and reflected in the daily news.

    3. Reporting on Brexit was the last straw for me. The degree to which this “news” which is a rather exciting, historical event of note, was reported with a deeply negative, fear-mongering bias is incredible to me. Where is one single article of worth in the mainstream press on the good side of a Brexit, of a country’s people having a referendum to vote on their sense of identity as a nation state? What the hell is wrong with that?

Having allowed myself to come up to speed as an intelligent human being for the past many months has now made me an intelligent expert. NO ONE can put any of their BS past me. No idiot trying to convince me for example that Trump is a this or that monster, that Brexit is soooo bad…

I have concluded that I and my family might be far better off if I now go right back to where I was, ignoring the western society nightmare taking place in our lifetimes. What’s the point? I am in no position to get involved or influence it in any way. My only concern is to position myself and my family for their future in some way beneficial, stable and safe somewhere on planet earth. F*ck everything else is my final conclusion. I do hope that Trump gets elected for many reasons. Even then, things will be a different sort of mess so those of us who are struggling are all relatively screwed anyway. What’s new about that in world history? Not a damn thing. Very sad, I am indeed a biblical “King Solomon” The more I know, the more wisdom I have gained, the more painful it is to realize.

    Cheers, Mario

I didn’t think England would be allowed to leave, but they did it, despite the globalist attempt to rig the vote with counting machine shenanigans! So I also now see Trump’s election as all but assured, at this point.

However, if you think the Brexit/Trump fears and sour grapes are doomy-gloomy…

Unlike the hubbub in the media, though, at least some of those predictions have merit, particularly the German-Turk alliance. But Japan? Quite possibly. Aside from the mostly unremarked ressurgence of imperialism taking place there, there is an ususual alliance between China and Iran. One must wonder if Japan, fearing a Chinese-Iranian alliance, would join a German-Turk alliance. I think Japan does fear one and will join Germany and Turkey because, if you wiki China-Iran relations and read under Oil and Gas, you’ll find this (and it checks out, from other sources)…

“In 2011, the group Green Experts of Iran reported that Beijing and Tehran had signed an extensive deal that would give China exclusive rights to several Iranian oil and natural gas fields through 2024. Under the terms of the deal, Iran will give Chinese oil companies exclusive rights to three large regions of Iranian land as well as the rights to build all necessary infrastructure for these regions, all of which sit atop of large oil and natural gas fields. In return, China promises to treat any foreign attack against these regions as attacks against its own sovereign territory, and will defend them as such. China will have no need for prior permission from the Iranian government to maintain and increase its military presence in Iran, and will control the movement of Iranians in and out of these territories. The Green Experts of Iran speculate that this agreement was the concrete basis for Major General Zhang Zhaozhong’s statement that “China will not hesitate to protect Iran even with a third World War.” “

I think that what we are seeing in the old Western Powers is an increasingly well defined separation of the populace into two camps.

First, the FSA/GSA entitled, from the largest MIC/FIRE Oligarchs, to lowest EBT recipient, and entitled “Refugee”.
They produce nothing, but are sucking up more and more of the Nation’s wealth.

Second, all the poor schmucks working for a living in the Private Sector, who are footing the bill for the FSA/GSA, either through taxes or public and private debt they are hung with.

That Brexit vote just shows how close to being completely overwhelmed the Private Sector is.

It doesn’t look to good for us Schmucks!
