The E-Mini rally target that I disseminated here last week is still a high-confidence number as far as I’m concerned, although I hadn’t foreseen a week-long dirge getting there, the goal having been so very modest. The number is short-able, but with a couple of caveats that I’ve spelled out in the tout and the chart that accompanies it.
