Up, up and away!! The S&Ps have finally broken through to new all-time highs Monday morning, and although the Dow Industrials lag, the running start they’ve gotten toward that goal in the first hours of the regular session should be making shorts nervous. This has not dampened enthusiasm for gold and silver, which continue to make steady if unspectacular progress higher no matter what the weather.
