In today’s touts, I’ve reiterated a Dow target that should show tradable stopping power. The target is so obvious that I don’t expect it to work precisely, but it’s hard to imagine that it will not work at all.  Another possibility — one that we should not fail to imagine — is that the Indoos will collapse without having quite reached our number. Either way, we are prepared for whatever this exceedingly dull rally throws our way.
