All is quiet Sunday night, although index futures have signaled shortly after 3 a.m. Eastern that they’re likely to head lower before DaBoyz can attempt to goose them higher with the obligatory short squeeze. Night trading on ultra-thin volume has produced so many intraday highs in recent weeks that tonight’s price action would seem to be somewhat anomalous. Might it also be a sign of encroaching weakness? We should be better able to answer that question as the week progresses.
