Cute and Cuddly, Like a Scorpion

Index futures were, like, all cute and cuddly Wednesday night following a vicious, take-no-prisoners short squeeze earlier in the day. The surge will make even the most committed bears think twice about picking the next top — not that this top is necessarily in. The threat looked unlikely to recede on Thursday, since the peak of the rally slightly exceeded Tuesday’s 1938.00 high, generating a fresh bullish impulse leg on the hourly chart. _______ UPDATE (2:07 a.m. EST): Asian stocks are getting whacked hard at the moment, raising the odds that U.S. stocks will trend lower ahead of the NYSE opening. For their part, using index futures, DaBoyz will gingerly probe for a bottom overnight in an attempt to discount whatever onslaught of selling they may face at the bell. If there’s a second wave of selling, look for the Dow to fall by at least 350-400 points.

The INDU high of 02/18/2016 and 02/22/2016 is a major sale, and its weight of importance goes back to very few market data streams, one important data stream is 08/06/2008.

Look lower, more so than most can see at this time.

:)..appl will move well into the 30’s its the rca of the 1930’s.
