USU16 – Sep T-Bonds (Last:171^26)

Bulls would be backThe futures have rallied timidly from a low that missed a 168^27 correction target (slightly higher than the target given here earlier) by more than a point. This is mildly bullish, but it will now take a move above 172^18, the point ‘c’ high of the corrective pattern, to negate the target; and a further rally above the 173^14 ‘external’ peak (see inset) to imply that bulls have regained the advantage. Were that to occur, especially if it happens as early as Monday, a 181^17 target would be in play.
