Existing-home sales continue to fall, increasing the odds that the aging stock-market bull has finally breathed its last. If so, the selloffs we’ve seen on Wall Street over the last few weeks have not been merely corrective, but the beginning of a bear market that promises to be as nasty as the bull has been giddy. Investors have shrugged off plenty of bad news since shares lifted from a deep trough in March 2009, but it’s hard to imagine they will be able to finesse an already protracted housing slump that threatens to grow even worse. The deterioration has gone on for seven straight months — the worst performance since 2014, when real estate was still recovering from the Great Financial Crash. With 30-year mortgages headed toward 5%, prospects of an upturn in housing in the coming months seem remote. The same factors are going to weigh heavily on the auto sector as well, since leases that effectively allow Americans to drive more car than they can afford are heavily dependent on easy credit and low rates. Incidentally, I foresee a dead-cat bounce in housing soon that could offer a high-leveraged play for traders. For explicit details, visit the Rick’s Picks Facebook page.

Hell Week.
A possible entry point.
Facebook and ‘all’ social media will become a place such as a ‘no mans land’ in WW1.
No man’s land is land that is unoccupied or is under dispute between parties who leave it unoccupied due to fear or uncertainty. The term was originally used to define a contested territory or a dumping ground for refuse between fiefdoms.[1] In modern times, it is commonly associated with World War I to describe the area of land between two enemy trench systems, which neither side wished to cross or seize due to fear of being attacked by the enemy in the process.
A careful tie toe like walk over the ‘years ahead’ for all and any opinions towards ‘anything’.
Have a great day Rick enjoy your site.

The NFL would like a global market share and the protest suggest success in that direction. As the American market may simply just dry up and end, the need to find another revenue source may be closer than many think.

The Greatest Protest for an American:
For an American there is no greater and important ‘protest’ then to stand at attention with right hand over heart while the national anthem is play.
The American Flag and the National Anthem, are the ‘only’ world symbol for Freedom and Civil rights, both are the Civil Rights symbols of the world.
The Flag and the Anthem are a cause towards arms against all oppression and inequality of the human spirit.
When an American pays tribute of our Civil privilege’s and right’s in this manner we are paving this ‘paved’ road over again, and ‘protesting every nation state’ that does not honor this American course of action.
