The expiring 150 puts at 0.40 would be a good place to start, but that is just a suggestion. They might not trade quite that low, and so there is a risk of missing out on the trade. Do not worry about this, since there will always be another trade…a thousand other trades. Some of you might want to short the stock. But don’t go out any further than Friday on the options. Do not invest more in these puts than you would spend on a billion dollar lottery drawing. |
