Comex Gold is sharply on the move tonight, approaching a key rally resistance. The August contract has slightly exceeded a longstanding Hidden Pivot target at 1412.20, but corresponding targets in some popular bullion vehicles, including GDX, have yet to be reached. If this occurs on Friday’s opening bar, you should be wary of a bull trap.

The GC market as well as the INDU/SPX markets are at the most violent time price areas of 40-60 trading days from major highs or lows.
These areas are associated with large moves in pricing.
GC’s break out of the quarterly time frame on 04/2018 (a closing quarterly time frame) move the markets towards at the minimum +50-70% target level from the current ‘inverse’ relationship to INDU/SPX topping patterns.
This would be about the GC 2039.8 level in the weeks and months ahead.
This also suggest we are rolling over ‘big time’, starting a Bush (43) 2.0 version type of fall in stock prices.
Observing a 6-8k level in INDU over the coming election cycle is on target.
