Six Proven Entry Tactics You’ll Master
Inside the Hidden Pivot Course, you’ll learn six unique ways to enter trades with precision. Each is designed to exploit a specific market condition:
Conventional: This tactic was first described 50 years ago by Charles Lindsay. It was based on ABCD-type patterns (also known as Gartley 1-2-3s). His entry point (x) was calculated by taking 25% of the A-B leg and adding it to the ‘C’ low. This method had ceased to work by the mid-1990s, but Rick has turned it into a killer again by altering the ABCD pattern in a fundamental but imaginative way.
Mechanical: Instead of initiating a trade when x is hit, we do so on a pullback after x has been significantly exceeded by a precise amount. This method automatically determines precise entry points, stops and profit-taking intervals.
Camouflage: Big patterns have commensurately large entry risk. ‘Camouflage’ trades entail activating entry triggers on tiny patterns when the calculated entry trigger of a larger pattern is reached.
Counterintutive: Trading breakouts and breakdowns, we use Hidden Pivot levels that go opposite the trend. This is also known as trading in the “discomfort zone,” where the most lucrative entries occur..
